Stamping pillowcases

Still love this idea!  Perfect for Girl's Camp, Faith in God activities, slumber parties, cub scouts, missionary gifts, etc. etc. etc.
It is sooooo easy. 1. Buy some white or light colored pillowcases. 2. Put a piece of cardboard into the pillowcase (so the ink doesn't go through both sides) 3. STAMP ALL OVER.  Here's the trick, you HAVE to use ink that was specifically designed to use with fabric.  If you just use regular ink it will bleed and wash off.  I always use CRAFTER's ink from Clearsnap. It is cheap and easy and you can find it here.  {Also you can use Stampin Up CRAFT ink.} 4. After you stamp your pillowcase, use a heat gun to set the ink or simply throw them in the clothes dryer for 10 minutes.  That is it!  You can wash and dry as many times as you want and it will never fade.  Easy peasy and oh soooo cute!

  1. This is a fun idea. I am planning to decorate superhero capes for my son's birthday this summer. This might be an option for the kids to use for decorating.
